Acceptance of Agreement

You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement (“Agreement”) with respect to our site (the “Site”). This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the content, products or services provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended by us at any time and from time to time without specific notice to you.
Go School Zone, Go School “us” or “our” provides the following terms & conditions and our privacy practices regarding information collected, used and shared by us at www.goschoolzone.com (“Website”), and other Go School Zone interactive and mobile applications (collectively, “Go School Zone applications”).
This agreement applies to your use of Go School Zone applications (however accessed and/or used, whether via personal computers, mobile devices or otherwise). In addition to the privacy policy, it includes our terms and conditions.
Each time that you access or use Go School Zone applications you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree you must discontinue using the Go School Zone applications.

No Rights of Third Parties:
